Scotty Blaze (Memorial)

RIP SCOTTY BLAZE 1978-2025

It’s with extremely heavy hearts, disbelief and mostly shock that we have to announce that our dear friend has been taken from this world suddenly and too soon due to an auto accident this week.

Scott was a family man and solid friend. He was the backbone of Formal Dance Society that could always be relied upon for gigs, sound, etc… Over the past few years, he’d taken great pride in DJing and music was changing his life.

At some point we will have a celebration of life for his friends and family in a setting he would be proud of full with smiles, tears and funky house music! For now, we ask that we all just take some space to remember who he was and how much we are going to miss him.
